You know that all campgrounds have rules. Ours are just common sense rules that someone at one time or another broke, so we documented them. Here they are and they are in the office too, so you can check them out when you get here.
Rules and Regulations
General Conduct
Illegal Drugs are prohibited*
No Sexual Activity allowed in any public area at any time including but not limited to: Pool area, Hot tub, Shower, Pavilions, Roadways, Open fields*
Cameras digital or non-digital, camcorders, video, night goggles prohibited*
Firearms or Other Weapons are NOT allowed at any time*
No cutting of living trees*
Malicious and/or slanderous language towards staff, their guests, or other members will result in an immediate revocation of membership.*
*denotes immediate termination of membership and its rights and results in grounds for immediate eviction
Pool/Hot Tub Area
No diving allowed
Smoking allowed only in designated areas – tables, chaise lounge area.No ashtrays near water, steps, side of pool/hot tub, etc.
~No glass objects of any nature allowed
No Pets allowed
Camping Rules
Quiet
Tim e between 10:00 p.m. until 9:00 a.m.
Attend to campfires – campfires allowed only in fire rings – no ground fires
Use trash cans
Use ashtrays
Hot water awareness – be considerate of others
Day passes expire at sunset.
Vehicle Rules
Speed Limit 10 MPH
Parking allowed only in designated areas
Special rule on Pets -- again, someone screwed it up for everyone...
Pets
A $25.00 pet deposit for cabins and Den 1.
The Deposit will be credited back, if paid by CC - so make sure we have your cc information on file. or a check sent, if paid by cash, after room is checked out and cleaned.No Exceptions.
Pets are NOT allowed in any Bearacks rooms or Den2
Pets may be outside rooms, crated or chained
No Pets allowed in pool/Hot Tub or shower area.
All pets must be kept on leash.Owners are responsible for "picking" up after their pets.
