Qualifications:

Charter Members of ...in the woods campground consists of the first 250 memberships.
Any Membership after 250 does not qualify for charter membership.
To receive 2 nights - Charter member must have spent at least 1 night camping within the past 12 months prior to Bare Essential Weekend.
To receive 1 day pass - Charter member must have a current membership status *The free weekend, for Bare Essential Members meeting the criteria above, consists of: 2 nights of base Tent/RV rate off stay plus inclusion of all scheduled activities free of charge. Credit is allotted to any and all sites.
Reservations for Bear Essentials Weekend must be made in Advance. NO OTHER PROMOTION ALLOWED DURING BARE ESSENTIAL WEEKEND i.e.  Bare Bucks,  Promotional Cards, or any other promotional tools. Bare Essential weekend does not include electricity, tent rental, linen rental, etc. We hope to see you each and every year.   It is our way of saying Thank-You for your continued support.
